Diego Bermudez is a pioneering coffee producer from Finca El Paraíso in Cauca, Colombia, renowned for his innovative fermentation and processing techniques. He specializes in thermal shock fermentation, a method that enhances coffee flavor by precisely controlling microbial activity and temperature. His coffees are highly sought after for their unique, complex profiles and consistent quality. Finca El Paraíso has gained international recognition, particularly for its experimental and exotic varieties, solidifying Diego’s reputation as a leader in modern coffee processing.
